In contrast, 5% risk per trade creates dangerous vulnerability. Just 10 consecutive losses result in a 40.13% drawdown, requiring a 67% gain to recover. Twenty consecutive losses create a 64.15% drawdown, requiring a 179% gain to break even.

Risk Allocation Strategies
Fixed Percentage Risk
